I'd like you to take a moment and ask yourself:
What is at the centre of my life?
Wherever you realise it or not your whole life is revolving around this centre. This makes sense as the centre of a circle, or Sphere or for some people a Torus is going to be what will impact and influence as well as shape the quality of the whole circle. sphere, torus. The circle of your life is comprised of your health, your job, your family and friends, your goals, you name it,.. everything really !! and each of these things are flavoured with the quality of that centre.
My next questions:
If there is one area of my life that I should bring my attention to, that I should nourish, that I should focus on, where or what would this be?
That's right. You should focus on what's at the centre of this circle and in return it will infuse and influence all area's of your life.
Now, you might not have come to this conclusion yet, but your breathe is at the centre of everything you do, think and feel. Actually you can't separate your breathe from anything to do in this physical, tangible world. If you feel angry you'll breathe differently then if you feel sad or afraid. If you a though about politics you'll breathe differently than if you have a thought about holidays. Your breathe is the barometer of your physical, emotional and mental wellbeing.
so
If you change the way you breathe and improve the quality of your breathing you'll change the quality of all the other area's of your life: your health, your job, your family and friends, your goals, you name it.
Here is a old video I posted a while ago. I hope it inspires you to try something out
At White Tara Clinic Duncan teaches people how to breathe and in return people start to enjoy many health benefits without having had to change anything.
